1. Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide, including metro and regional areas.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where available.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro areas: approximately 7-10 business days from dispatch
  • Regional areas: approximately 8-12 business days from dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak periods (e.g. EOFY, Black Friday, Christmas) or due to circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: $4.95AUD, or free on orders over $100 AUD

Any applicable shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.

6. Incorrect Delivery Details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopvelori.store and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@shopvelori.store with your order number and we'll investigate with our carrier.
