Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply if you choose to purchase Velori on a recurring subscription basis, in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. How Subscriptions Work

  • When you select a subscription option at checkout, you authorise Velori to automatically charge your chosen payment method and ship your selected product(s) on a recurring basis (e.g. every 4 weeks), until you cancel.
  • Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until you cancel, skip, or pause it.

2. Pricing

  • Subscription pricing is shown at checkout and will remain the same for each recurring order unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
  • If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you by email prior to your next billing date. You may cancel at any time before the new price takes effect.

3. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time, with zero commitment and no lock-in contract. This includes the ability to:

  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Pause your subscription
  • Cancel your subscription entirely

To manage your subscription, log in via the "Manage Subscription" link in your account or order confirmation emails, or contact us directly at support@shopvelori.store.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next scheduled order, please cancel at least 2 days before your next billing date. Once cancelled, no further charges will be made, and no future orders will be shipped.

5. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge or contact you to update your payment details. Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be successfully processed.

6. Refunds on Subscription Orders

Our 90-day guarantee (see Refund Policy) applies to your first subscription order only. Subsequent recurring orders are not covered by the 90-day guarantee but may be eligible for a refund or replacement if faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Continued use of your subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
